In Trieste, from 31 October to 31 December 2018, the exhibition “Sci-Fi episode #1: PRELUDE” explores the theme of science fiction through the works ofTuomas A. Laitinen, Sasha Litvintseva,Ben Rivers, Sarah Ancelle Schönfeld, Markus Selg, Suzanne TreisterandSimón Vega, in a suggestive itinerary that links the Palazzo delle Poste(Post Office Building) with its Postal and telegraphic Museum of Central Europe, the Covered Market in Via Carducci and the Trieste Centrale FS Railway Station.
Curated by Valentina Casacchia, this first group show of a series conceived by The Knack Studio, on the occasion of the 18th edition of the Trieste Science+Fiction Festivaland in collaboration with La Cappella Underground - Centre for Film and Audio-visual Research and Experimentations, runs through the city that has been nominated European City of Science and will host ESOF 2020 for its prestigious international research institutes looking to the future.

Laitinen, Sasha Litvintseva, Ben Rivers, Sarah Ancelle Schönfeld, Markus Selg, Suzanne Treister e Simón Vega, in un suggestivo percorso espositivo che unisce il Palazzo delle Poste con il suo Museo postale e telegrafico della Mitteleuropa, il Mercato Coperto di Via Carducci e la Stazione FS Trieste Centrale.
A cura di Valentina Casacchia, questa prima collettiva di una serie ideata da The Knack Studio, in occasione della 18a edizione del Trieste Science+Fiction Festival e in collaborazione con La Cappella Underground - Centro Ricerche e Sperimentazioni Cinematografiche e Audiovisive, si snoda nella città che, per lo sguardo rivolto al futuro dei suoi prestigiosi istituti internazionali di ricerca, è stata nominata Capitale europea della scienza e ospiterà ESOF 2020.
